Hello Alta! Tuesdays and Fridays I am available at the Alta Peruvian Lodge. You can book appointments with me through my website, or email or call me directly. I am working in Alta until the end of January, and then I head back to the East coast.
I specialize in Structural Integration and also do deep tissue massage. Injuries, recovery, and the desire for better posture are what I help with most. There isn't enough time to do the whole 10 session series, but there is enough time to get you straightened up and ready for the snow.
