Alta Accommodations
There are five different Alta lodges to choose from when planning your Alta ski vacation, and each lodge has its own personal charm and character. Lodge rooms range from luxurious suites to large rooms designed for families or groups. For the budget-minded traveler, there are Alta lodging options with shared bathrooms or dorm type facilities. Four out of the five base hotels are ski in/ski out, and two out of the five have outdoor heated pools. All of the Alta lodges operate on a modified American meal plan, where your daily breakfast and dinner are included in the room rate. The ski in-ski out Snowpine Alta Lodge is conveniently located in the heart of Alta's fabulous powder and world class skiing. Alta’s Goldminer’s Daughter Lodge provides comfortable Alta ski resort lodging and a friendly attitude for skiers enjoying the Alta & Snowbird Ski Areas. Just steps from Alta’s Collins Quad and Wildcat Lifts, ski-in ski-out access doesn't get any better than this! Lodging ranges from one-bedroom suites to four person dorms, with rates including full buffet & cook-to-order breakfast, as well as four course dinner from our a la carte menu with nightly specials, in our third floor restaurant.
Alta Lodge is a classic mountain lodge known for its warm service and fine food. The Lodge is located at the base of Alta Ski Area with ski-in, ski-out access, so no car is needed. The lodging package includes full breakfast and four-course dinner daily. A free kids’ program provides activities for children, a special kids’ dinner, and a shuttle to ski school. The Alta Peruvian Lodge is a traditional ski lodge located just west of the Collin’s base area parking lot of the Alta Ski Area. Since 1948, the Alta Peruvian Lodge has welcomed visitors with its old-world atmosphere and rustic charm. Included our lodging packages are breakfast, lunch and dinner. You’ll find the warmth and ambiance of the lodge very relaxing, and much of the time will be spent around the fireplaces, socializing in the outdoor pool and hot tub or winding down in the bar after a day on the slopes.
