Alta Alps Chalet

Alta's only true mid-mountain, ski-in/ski-out private cabin for rent. Enjoy first tracks while you ski directly to and from the front deck with no hiking! The Chalet is located half way down the runs off of the Supreme lift, about where the number 15 is on the Alta trail map. Our live-in caretaker will escort your group to the Chalet in our custom snow cat. The Chalet is fully furnished and offers a free-standing fireplace, outdoor hot tub, and a full kitchen. With accommodations for up to 12 adults, The Alta Alps Chalet is the ultimate ski destination for large groups and family reunions.

We specialize in providing Utah ski lodging. Our location is ideal, whether you are looking for Snowbird lodging or Alta lodging. All of our vacation ski home rentals are located in the town of Alta and are either ski in/ski out or within walking distance of the lifts.

Black Bear Chalet

Located below Peruvian hotel and Westward Ho. Short walk to lifts, or free shuttle and ski home. Plenty of parking. Unique, spacious, restored in the style of a rustic log cabin. Chalet provides spectacular views, new masterbed/bathroom, hot tub, dining room, washer dryer. Separate beds for ten adults. Highland Hame Home

The Highland Hame is a beautiful, seven-bedroom luxury home, with everything you need for a great vacation! You will enjoy fabulous views, lots of areas to relax and socialize, an out-door hot tub and two well-appointed kitchens. Ski-in/Ski-out to Snowbird, with a free private shuttle to Alta. Both resorts are within one mile of the complex. Your large group will love this home.

Manley Ski Cabin

This beautiful single level two bedroom two bath home is located in the town of Alta, just a short distance from the Alta and Snowbird ski areas. The home features a fully equipped kitchen with wood floors, laundry room, and stone fireplace. Reconnect with nature in this calm, peaceful home.

McIntosh Chalet

This lovely 3+ bedroom/3 bathroom handcrafted log home is located in the heart of Alta and a short walk from the lifts. This home is the quintessential ski chalet with a private outdoor hot tub, sauna, wood burning fireplace and lots of personal touches.

The Meadows

Set in the secluded valley left or north off the Alta bypass road- from Snowbird Exit 4 - these are fabulous homes with every amenity. Two minute shuttle ride to either Alta or Snowbird.

Photohaus

The only 2-bedroom rental apartment (with a kitchen) that you can drive to, and then ski down to the lifts. It's a two story apartment with 2 bedrooms upstairs. One is a master bedroom with a king size bed and the other has bunk beds and a loft with two more beds. Downstairs is a full kitchen, dining area, and a living room with fireplace and satellite television.

Red-Fern House

A cozy luxury mountain chalet designed for comfort and convenience nestled between beautiful Alta and Snowbird.
