Nordic skiing track at Alta

Nordic skiing provides a great alternative to downhill skiing for those who want to try something different and exciting. Alta offers five to 15 kilometers of groomed and maintained nordic track. In late winter and spring, when snow conditions permit, a track is also groomed at mid-mountain which is accessible via the Sunnyside chairlift with your Nordic ski pass.
Nordic ski passes are available at the Wildcat ticket office near the base of the Collins chairlift.
Rentals (including classic, skate & telemark skis as well as snowshoes) are available at the Alta Ski Shop located in the same building as the Wildcat ticket office.
